BEFORE YOUR APPT

DO NOT BRING OR FRIENDS TO YOUR APPT. JUST YOU.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN. PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A SITTER. AS A LICENSED TATTOOING FACILITY MINORS ARE NOT PERMITTTED IN THE PROCEDURE ROOM NOR SHOULD BE LEFT ALONE IN THE WAITING AREA

 

DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPT IF

1. Has traveled out-of-state in the last 14 days

2. Have sick family members at home

3. Has knowingly had close contact with anyone who has been confirmed positive for     

    COVID-19/ or any other flu-related virus

4. You have shown symptoms of possible COVID-19 

If you think you may be getting sick or have had any symptoms in the past 48hrs . PLEASE REBOOK .

If you arrive at our studio, showing any indications of illness or during your procedure, you will be asked to leave and your appt will be payed in full.

 

NO FOOD/BEVERAGES are PERMITTED IN THE STUDIO. 

WE ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, AND IF WE ARE RUNNING LATE WILL TEXT YOU , PLEASE TAKE A SEAT IN THE WAITING ROOM AND I WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY

UPON ENTERING THE STUDIO

 

IF YOU ARE WEARING A MASK, PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE WEARING A CLEAN MASK  WHEN ENTERING THE PREMISES AND DURING YOUR APPT.

PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR PHONE .TEXTING/TALKING/SEARCHING DURING THE PROCEDURE IS NOT PERMITTED. 

OUTDOOR OR SMOKE/VAPE BREAKS ARE NOT PERMITTED WHILE RECEIVIING YOUR PROCEDURE

 

SHOULD YOU REQUIRE SPECIAL SUPPORT

Such as for the neck/back - A hospital grade plastic wrapped support will be provided
