BEFORE YOUR APPT

Thankyou everyone for your patience and understanding during this time. To continue to offer the safest experience for all our clients , we require everyone to sign our updated policy below.

RE: CONSULTATIONS-WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING CONSULTATIONS IN OUR STUDIO UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

We do however offer distance consultations via your choice of Skype, Messenger, or Facetime.

DO NOT BRING FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO YOUR APPT. JUST YOU.

Exceptions to this: When physical assistance or language translation is required.

 

To ensure we can continue
To offer the safest environment we are updating our masking policy effective immediately.

We have observed clients coming with masks which are soiled and/or smell.
Please be aware that the cotton/paper mask you wear becomes a collection grid for bacteria very quickly. 

To avoid cross contamination we will require all clients to wear a new mask upon arrival If you do not have a fresh mask we can supply you with one.

 

DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPT IF

1. Has traveled out-of-state in the last 14 days

2. Has sick family members at home

3. Has knowingly had close contact with anyone who has been confirmed positive for     

    COVID-19

4. You have shown symptoms of possible COVID-19 

   ie fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, decreased appetite,  

   diminished sense of taste or smell, diarrhea, fatigue, headache, muscle/joint aches, 

    nausea, rash, rigors, runny nose, sore throat, or sputum production

If you think you may be getting sick or have had any symptoms in the past 48hrs . PLEASE REBOOK .

If you arrive at our studio, showing any indications of illness or during your procedure, you will be asked to leave and your appt will be payed in full.

 

NO FOOD/BEVERAGES are PERMITTED IN THE STUDIO. 

WE ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, AND IF WE ARE RUNNING LATE WILL TEXT YOU , TO REQUEST YOU REMAIN IN YOUR CAR UNTIL WE ARE READY FOR YOU

UPON ENTERING THE STUDIO

 

MASKS ARE MANDATORY, PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE WEARING A CLEAN MASK  WHEN ENTERING THE PREMISES AND DURING YOUR APPT

 

CLIENTS MUST USE SANITIZER UPON ARRIVAL.

Sanitizer will be located immediately upon entry

CLIENTS REMOVE FOOTWEAR WHEN ENTERING THE PREMISES AND WEAR SUPPLIED DISPOSABLE MEDIAL SLIPPERS. 

CONTACTLESS GREETINGS ONLY--NO HUGGING/HANDSHAKING

 

DESIGNATED LOCATION FOR YOUR PURSE/PERSONAL BELONGINGS, AND PHONE 

A designated Sanitized Container will be available for all your personal belongings when entering the treatment rooms/area . Your belongings will be returned to you immediately after the procedure. Please remember to turn off your phone. 

OUTDOOR OR SMOKE/VAPE BREAKS ARE NOT PERMITTED WHILE RECEIVIING YOUR PROCEDURE

 

SHOULD YOU REQUIRE SPECIAL SUPPORT

Such as for the neck/back - A hospital grade plastic wrapped support will be provided

We will not be supplying hardcopy aftercare sheets.

  • Etransfer Pre / Post appt

  • Cash-If paying with Cash, an envelope will be supplied to you. Please ensure you bring the exact amount as we will not be dispensing change.
